All UCSF Health physicians, staff members, and affiliates with assignments lasting more than thirty (30) days must possess a UCSF Health employee identification badge while on UCSF premises.
Photo ID services including new employee badges, reprints, and visitor badges are available at both the Parnassus and Mission Bay Security offices. New hires may also consult with their Human Resources representatives about obtaining new employee identification badges.
