Department Emergency Supply Bin

A Department Emergency Supply Bin is a collection of items you can use in the event of an emergency. Supplies include resources needed to survive an initial disaster, shelter-in-place or evacuate.

To order Department Emergency Supplies:
- Submit an order via the AllScripts (formerly known as PMM) system:
  * For a fully assembled Department Emergency Supply Bin kit, use AllScripts #883316. The kit takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks to arrive.
  * For a replacement kit of expired items every two years, use AllScripts #255923
  * For a replacement kit of expired items every five years, use AllScripts #69120

Department Emergency Supply Kit Standard:

  • Water Purification Tablets (Quantity = 1 bottle)
  • Yellow Caution Tape (Quantity = 1)
  • Trash Bags (Quantity = 1 case)
  • Extension Cord 100' with 3 outlets (Quantity = 1)
  • 550 Paracord 100' (Quantity = 1)
  • Emergency Clear Backpack (Quantity = 2)
  • Emergency Safety Vest (Quantity = 2)
  • Earplugs (Quantity = 50 sets of 2)
  • Face Seal Goggles (Quantity = 2)
