Whenever there is significant radiation exposure or contamination, Radiation Safety will investigate to identify the cause, implement corrective measures if necessary, and report to regulatory agendies when appropriate.  Please contact Radiation Safety immediately once you are aware of such events involving facilities, staff, and/or patients.
